Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM ?

A: We ship from our warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE ?

A: Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-25 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-35 business days for international orders.

Q: WHAT IF MY TRACKING ORDER DOES NOT WORK ?
 
A: Sometimes tracking does not work because order fulfillments have been packed. Please be patient. We ensure you your product will get there shortly.

Q: HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED ?
 
A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
 
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends!
